I intend to help them see how learning improves their life, not only their professional life, but their personal life. Thanks to technology, knowledge and skills are considerably more accessible now. So, it is my intention to facilitate that connection between people and knowledge and skills, through technology. It is my belief that the learning process can be the means to self-realization in our life. It can be rewarding, enlightening, enriching. However, education has not been automatically providing experiences full of those qualities. It is time to put back those qualities into education. For that reason, these qualities have become the integral basis of my teaching and the development of learning experiences in my practice. Learning as a rewarding process depends on a strong set of values, that sustain and maintain such learning relevant, motivational, and satisfactory. The assumption that we do not hold all knowledge, that we can be wrong, and that there are always new truths to find out, has helped humankind prosper and improve. It is these values that set apart the kind of learning environment I want to create for my learners, an environment that promotes inquiry and fosters innovation.
